Returns Policy

How to Return an Item

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@themozziestop.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will send a returns address and instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive the item in its original condition, your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We cover return costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
