Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer completely free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend — every order ships free, every time.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Visit our Track My Order page for step-by-step instructions, or track directly at 17track.net.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@themozziestop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive the item your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Product Safety
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Absolutely. Our entire range is 100% chemical-free — no DEET, no insecticides, no harmful sprays. We use physical (electric, UV, mesh) and ultrasonic methods completely safe around children, babies, and pets.
Are the products safe for indoor use?
Yes, all our products are designed and tested for safe indoor use. The UV lamp and electric swatter produce no harmful fumes or chemicals — they use light and electrical current only.
How Our Products Work
How does the UV Mosquito Killer Lamp work?
The lamp emits ultraviolet light that attracts mosquitoes and flying insects. When they approach, a low-voltage electric grid eliminates them instantly. Operates silently with no chemical emissions — plug in via USB and let it run overnight.
How does the Ultrasonic Wristband work?
The wristband generates ultrasonic sound frequencies that mosquitoes find disorienting. These frequencies are completely inaudible to humans and pets but create a repellent effect within a close range around the wearer.
UK Suitability
Are these products effective on UK mosquitoes and midges?
Yes — we specifically select products effective against mosquito, midge, and gnat species common throughout the UK. Peak season runs June–September. The UV lamp, electric swatter, and window nets are all highly effective against UK species.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently The Mozzie Stop ships within the UK only. We are working on expanding to Europe — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
